Appointments

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by scheduled appointment.  Occasionally, an urgent situation may arise, causing a slight delay in our schedule.  We appreciate your understanding in these matters, as we make a sincere attempt to see each client and patient on time.

In-hospital care appointments are available if your pet is facing an illness and you are unable to schedule a specific appointment time.  We ask that you drop off your pet early in the day and our doctors will examine your pet at a time purposely reserved for admitted patients.  Once the doctor has completed her assessment, she will contact you to discuss her diagnosis and treatment recommendations.  For the safety of all animals in our care, we do require that all vaccinations be up to date prior to an in-hospital stay.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

If you do not have a leash or carrier, please call upon arrival and we can provide one for you to use during the appointment.

New Clients

We require a $30 (per pet), non-refundable deposit, for all new clients at the time of scheduling. For more information, please contact the office and any of our team members will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Care Credit, Scratch Pay and cash.​ We no longer accept personal checks.
