In an order to make your pet's care more convenient, you can now request prescription refills online.  You can choose to pick up the refill at the clinic or have it shipped right to your house for a nominal fee.

The staff will review the refill requests, and if there is a problem, contact you right away.  Otherwise, we will contact you via phone or e-mail when the prescription is ready to pick up. 

Most prescriptions are ready within 2 to 6 hours during business hours.  Special order items can take up to 48 hours.  If you need a rush on the order, please note that in special instructions or call (231) 652-1681.  Orders placed before 10:00 am EST on a business day will ship out the same day.
